INSPIRATION AND CONTEMPLATION

The task is to create a place of creativity in the landscape on the outskirts of Rassing, Lower Austria, with a weather box from which you can observe the movement of the clouds in the sky in all directions for contemplation and inspiration. A building that is flooded with light, but this incidence of light is well dosed and well thought out.

There is already a simple house on the site, which forms a new ensemble with the new building. They are different, just like their use, and yet the same in the layout as the traditional architecture with house and barn.  The barn has a much larger volume than the actual house.
