LIVING TOGETHER IN A LIVELY NEIGHBORHOOD, 2023/24

Our vision is to build a communal residential `Wohngehöft´ in the centre of St-Pölten-Pottenbrunn. In the style of Hans Scharoun, we understand a residential Wohngehöft to be a building form that offers space for meeting and socialising in addition to individual residential units. We are building a community housing project in co-operative community ownership with individual residential units on the site of an existing farm.

 

The farm will be preserved and will subsequently provide space for communal areas. These will include a community room and a common kitchen.
