A former farm in Maria Rain / Carinthia. The old farmhouse from the 19th century was renovated around the year 2000 and converted into a multi-family dwelling and unfortunately covered with a full thermal insulation facade. The old barn was left to decay, the roof has partly collapsed. Unfortunately, the building substance can no longer be saved. Now we are organising the reconstruction as a communal residential house for several families. The old barn with its local and traditional building elements remains our model for the reconstruction. The farm is to become a communal living yard for several families.
