HOTEL RENOVATION AND EXTENSION - 2020

In the wonderful mountain landscape high above Lech am Arlberg lies the old farm "Goldener Berg" which has been preserved until today. Already around 1930, the first accommodation in the style of modernity with flat monopitch roof and window bands was built next to it in its immediate vicinity. In the last decades it has become a noble accommodation of the highest category. In a new building, which is to close the ensemble as a courtyard and all buildings in the courtyard a new Mitteilt.

 

The water basin in the center feeds from the existing mountain spring and reflects the sky and the nearby mountains. The extension stands on supports so that the mountain meadow continues to reach directly to the courtyard. The landscape should flow under the building and it does not want to change the striking landscape. The apartments all have breathtaking views of the mountain landscape.​
